Ingredients for ​Superfood Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup blueberries and/or cranberries.
  • 1 banana, sliced.
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds and/or (can mix brazil nuts/almonds in grinder sprinkle on top).
  • 2 tbsp hemp/chia/flax seeds (optional).
  • 1-2 tbsp real maple syrup or raw honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


Step 1

Mix the cooked quinoa with the maple syrup and cinnamon, stir to combine.

Step 2

Heat the quinoa on the stovetop until warm.

Step 3

Divide between two bowls.

Step 4

Add half of the blueberries, banana, nuts & seeds to each bowl.
