Ingredients for Guy’s breakfast recipe- Healthy Breakfast

  • A papaya and/or mango
  • Good quality yogurt (Greek)
  • Bee Pollen
  • Honey Cinnamon mix together for topping


Step 1

Cut 2-3 cups of either papaya or mango or half /half.

Step 2

Mix 3 tablespoon of honey with ½-1 teaspoon of cinnamon for topping

Step 3

Put the fruit in a bowl, top with yogurt about 1-2 cups (your call)

Step 4

Add 2-3 tablespoons bee pollen

Step 5

Top with honey cinnamon sauce
