About Health Quest
I want to help you learn a practice of good health, "The Art of Healthy Living".
I'm a Certified Health Coach with over 25 years experience operating the first natural Health Centers in Thailand, The Spa Resorts.
Over the past 70 years, in my lifetime I've watched as we've collectively been shown the way to poor health. Our lifestyles have been molded into a convenient cash flow for big business and "sickness". We are told this food is "healthy", "Fast Food everywhere", "take these drugs you'll be fine", "just do this and come back in a week" -- who's told us to take care of oneself? Not too many really! Get yourself on the bandwagon and learn the simple basics, practise and then help "Create the 'Ripple Effect' to Great Health" worldwide. Learn the "secrets" on how to be healthy in a sick world.
